That’s right. You read it correctly, Kerry Ellis is returning to the West End. This highly successful leading lady will be starring in off Broadway rock musical “Murder Ballad” later this year at the Art’s Theatre.
This new and exciting musical is written by Julia Jordan and Juliana Nash and will be the debut show for Soundcheck productions. It tells the story of a young New York girl called Sara who is in a love triangle between her dangerous ex and her loveable husband. The show is narrated by a bartender and documents the juicy details of the sexy affair through the use of pop-rock tunes.
The show will run from October 5th (previews from 29th Sep) until December 3rd with tickets going on sale at 10:00am Friday.
We’re super excited for this and can’t wait to have Kerry back up on the West End stage.
